FAQ1: I have set up the app lock, but I forgot the password?

For security reasons, we currently do not support password recovery if lost.

FAQ2: I have forgotten my app lock password and have attempted to uninstall and reinstall OKDay, but it still wants my password. How can I reset my password?

This is because clearing the configuration data is necessary. Solution:
Note: This will result in losing the note data you had on OKDay!

1.Go to the directory:
~/Library/Containers/com.okdayapp.okday1/Data/Library/Application Support
2.There should be a folder named "ok-day"
3.Rename this folder or delete it.
4.Relaunch the OKDay App.

FAQ3: The sync process is taking too long and is stuck in progress?

  1. In most cases, the sync duration depends on the network connectivity. Please be patient and wait for the process to complete.
  2. In some cases, if there is a large amount of data or many images to sync, it may affect the duration of the sync process.
